McKaskey Creek

McKaskey Creek is a beautiful campground on the north end of Lake Allatoona. The water front lots here are nice and some have a raised area that overlooks the lake.

Campground Sites

  • Sites without water or electricity: 17-20, 27-36, 38-42
  • Sites with water and electricity: 1-16, 21-26, 37, 43-51
  • Handicap access: sites 50 & 51
  • Sites 4-16, 21-26, 35-37, 42-50 are reservable
  • 51 sites all together
  • 10 Premium/Waterfront Sites

Site Fees

  • Sites with water and electricity $20
  • Sites without water or electricity $14
  • Premium sites $22
  • Visitors to registered campers $4

Rules

  • 3 cars per campsite and a maximum of 6 visitors in addition to the registered camping party.
  • Noise is banned between 10pm and 6 am.
  • They will lock up the gates at 10:30pm and re-open the campsite at 7am.
  • Checkout time is 3pm.

Opening and Closing Dates

Opens March 30 and closes September 4.

I-75 to exit 290, go east 50 yards, turn right onto GA Spur 20 and follow signs.
